Natures Creatie Edge "Museum Inspirations"

Newspaper clippings are all that remain of Natures Creative Edge.
And memories, and dirty laundry, and my filthy car….but I digress.
The link below will send you to some pictures on Facebook that I took at NCE ’09.
Enjoy the creations of my friends and fellow artists!
And, by the way, I updated the link so you don’t have to be my Facebook friend to view the pics.
(Although I still like my Facebook friends.)
It’s officially over for another year.
I so enjoyed my trip to Michigan to the estate of Bob Frise, AIFD.
With the help of  his many special friends like Alice Waterous, AIFD and James Lutke and Hillary, and many many others, it was a stellar success.
Getting to be invited to participate was a wonderful thing.
I have already marked out the 3rd week of September of 2010.
Plan your schedule around this date; you can thank me later….
Assuming they will have me back…I did run the golf cart up on some stump(s).
I am a better designer than I am driver.
Can I get an “Amen” from James Lutke?!?!
All of the interpretations by all the designers were splendid and delightful.
The creativity was stunning and inspiring.
And I can’t believe I have to wait another year to do it all over again.
Hats off to all the people who made it possible.
Thanks for having me.
I can hardly wait to return to your woods.
Happy memories until then!

So cool!!! How many yards of fabric did you use? I had to drape a room in fabric once, not the most fun thing ever. Far from it in fact. 😉

I think it was about 300 yards….but this was totally fun. James Lutke helped me, and he is fearless when it comes to heights! I am so glad, 'cause I am a total chicken.
